"I came to golf a little later in life as growing up in a big family, there were always many adventures and a lot of shared experiences, but not always the space to focus on individual interests. But once I began the game of golf, it really hooked me.

Today, I share that journey on social media as Sissi Golf. I do it with honesty, passion, and a sense of humour, because that is what the game feels like to me.

My goal is to make golf more approachable, especially for women and for anyone who didn’t grow up playing. I love the traditions, the etiquette, and the quiet beauty of a well-kept course. At the same time, I believe golf should feel real. It should not be intimidating, but genuinely fun and a place where you can switch off from everything else.

Through my work as a dental technician, I developed a strong eye for detail and precision. Golf brings that side of me onto the course, but it also reminds me to let go sometimes. Not every shot has to be perfect to enjoy the round.

I also travel whenever I can, chasing courses with character. Every layout tells a different story, and discovering that story is one of my favourite parts of the game.

For me, golf is not about perfection. It is about enjoying the game, improving step by step, and creating a space where more people feel comfortable and welcome.
